As someone told to me, in the US there are very strong laws/rules
concerning smoking in public (sometimes very extreme in my opinion). I
understand the health argument. But in my opinion loud noises are much
more disturbing and straight health damaging than the smoke of a
cigarette. So, why not being consequent and introducing similarly
strong rules concerning loud noises? Just my opinion...
