Takushi,

I recommend Ulrich Mehlhart, solo clarinetist in Frankfurt Radio Orchestra.
He has had experience teaching Boehm clarinet in Switzerland. I don't have
but shall obtain his contact specs for you. We are both members of the
"Deutsche Klarinetten-Gesellschaft". Let you know in a couple days.
