I recently asked for suggestions concerning beginning methods and have
recieved lots of good informaton, so thank you. Mr. Bush suggested that
this might be more effective if ya'll knew what I already had, so here is a
list:

Clarinet Note Speller- Fred Weber
First and Second Books of Practical Studies- Nilo Hovey
Clarinet Method- E.V. Roesler
Daily Excercises and Scales- G. Pares
Twenty Studies- Rode
Rubank Intermediate Method- Skornicka and Miller
Kell Method, books 1 and 2- R. Kell
Clarinet Staccato from the Beginning- R. Kell
Staccato Studies- R. Kell
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Divisions of Baermann's Method
Complete Klose
Aritistic Studies 1 (French), 2(German), and 3(Italian)- David Hite
32 Studies- C. Rose
40 studies, books 1 and 2- C. Rose

I am using the list in the Westphal Guide to Teaching Woodwinds as a model,
but cannot afford to order every method to try out at once. The Gay method
has been suggested alot, so I am going to try to get it. I would love any
suggestions about this or solo literature for beginning students.
(Beginners are my weak suite.)
Thanks,
