Hey Walter....

There is actually a huge number of cards out there that are Full Duplex.
What is your budget? Most of them are pro cards and therefore cost in the
range of $350-$600 for a stereo card that does NOT have Midi...

There are options however. I am not familliar with SmartMusic, though.
