The first clarinet I ever OWNED was (and still is) a Rene Dumont, clearly
labeled "Paris" and "Made in France." A more recently acquired Rene Dumont
Eb also says "Paris" but no country of origin is visible on it.

The fool probably though there was money to be made in the music business!
