Well, I just don't seem to get the time to do it and as I'm all-ready pretty
comfortable with how I'm playing it, I guess I just decided not to fiddle to
much with it. As I am not a completely professional player at the moment,
it hasn't really seemed all the important. (I can manage) But thank you for
the suggestion, I may try that if I get some time to work on my instrument
soon.

Why not flatten that A if it's uncomfortably sharp? All you need to do
is run some hard wax into the hole, perhaps into both that hole and the
G# hole depending on the circumstances -- or use blutak, or something
else.
I'm sure someone has posted here the few small tips that might help you
to do this effectively first time.
