That would probably be less clear and if it occurs frequently in the piece,
makes for a lot of meter changes. Since this tempo would be 6 beats per
measure anyway, allowing for very easy playing of the triplet, there is no
reason to change the meter. Remember not all 6/8 pieces are played two
beats to the measure.
