Are you talking list or street price? The street price in the US for new pro-level Buffet, Selmer, and Yamahas is significantly less the 2K USD. I don't know about Leblanc but I'd assume that it's also true for them.

If you're talking street price, is there something about the higher priced clarinets that is compelling to you?
