Dee's suggestion works.

Another possibility is :

finger Bb regular 1 2 RHside key
D lift everything except RH side key
(in other words, like a throat G)

This is more in tune on my clarinet if I leave the RH Eb/Bb key down.
It is more likely to sound the throat G the longer i play, so it may not
help in your situation.
