Fluttertonguing

I always heard that the best way to fluttertongue is to roll the tongue
as if saying rrrrrrr.
I could never roll my tongue to give any kind of an rrrrrrr.
My wife Charna can rrrrrrr beautifully.
But she can't play the clarinet.
