I neglected to mention, I am talking about a school (high, middle or elem.)
ensemble. I ask this, because I see so many school ensembles very
poorly run, because the instructor does not know how to run one. From
this the music program at the public schools, especially at the high
schools go down the drain. Also I do not want the boosters or
administration to "run over me" and try to take control of the program.
