Peter Eaton is making some nice custom numbers and the Elite (which I
believe was his first model on a fairly large scale) is a large bore and a
couple generations removed from the BH1010. His site is at:

article from Clarinet.

No, he doesn't pay me but has been quite helpful and friendly when I've
contacted him.
