Subj: [kl] Skillful playing, spotty program
Date: Tue, 5 Jun 2001 09:45:56 -0400

One of the things I do is concert reviewing in the San Francisco Bay
area and last Friday night I did one for a program that consisted of six
works, five of which were for either clarinet and string quartet (one
with a b.c. double), or clarinet, string quartet, and piano (one with a
b.c. double). Two works were premieres and all are contemporary, one
very much a klezmer piece for those who enjoy that.

The review may be found on the website for SAN FRANCISCO CLASSICAL VOICE
whose url is <http://www.sfcv.org/>

Scan down on the left side of the page until you come to the review with
my name on it.

If anyone is interested in playing the works indicated, I would presume
that one should contact the composer whose name and work site are given.
