Oh, his arrangement of "America" is now a very well-known band piece
and is just terrific, both to play and to hear. There are times when
you can't help wondering which drug he was on for a particular section,
and then which drug he switched to for the next one. Really great
twisting of harmonies and sonority! It might be helpful to pop a
pill or smoke a handrolled drum just before going on stage to play
it!
