Hello.

I am relatively new to the list and while I have posted a few items in
passing, I haven't really had the time to sit down a write an introduction
for my self. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff,
AZ where I studied with Michael Sullivan. I now live in Whittier, CA (near
Los Angeles) and work as a project manager. I've spent the last 18 months
earning my MBA in Finance and am missing playing clarinet as much as I used
to. I currently have three students at various levels who seem to like me
enough to practice every once in a while. They do seem to show some
improvement (so apparently I'm not a horrible teacher) and I enjoy the one
on one time with them. I also play Bass Clarinet, baritone Saxophone and
can bark out some lines on euphonium and trombone. (Not to mention TUBA and
sousaphone when it was necessary in college) After graduating from NAU I
spent one season with the Flagstaff symphony as their bass clarinetists
before economics forced a move to a location with jobs that actually have a
chance at paying the rent.

I see I digressed a bit and I do apologize. There are a few folks on the
list who know me from the bass clarinet list - hello Roger.
