Have you ever heard of the Klarinet List? You can get on the list

The list is seen by several hundred clarinetists all over the world. I
forwarded your letter to the list, and many people on the list would
love to hear from you, contribute to your funding, and see you
accomplish your dreams. Many of us are worried about the company that
hired you, because their has been a lot of corruption with bad companies
who promise jobs to people in foreign countries, and then the jobs turn
out to be bogus (bad). We would like to hear more about the company that
hired you, and the park where you will be working in the US. We are also
concerned about your having the proper VISA and work permit.
I feel that the Klarinet List is a wonderful place to go for
support in your goals. I would advise you to get on the Klarinet List
immediately! I do not have the financial resourses to help you alone. I
am already out of money because I had to buy new music-reading glasses
this month, and I have purchased plane tickets for the Clarinet
Symposium and paid my tuition. If I were to wire you money right away, I
would have to use my credit card, and I really don't make enough money
to make payments on a credit card.
On the Klarinet List you can communicate with thousands of
clarinetists at once and we can all work together to try and help you.
Perhaps you should think about moving to the US permanently. Many people
on the Klarinet List would be interested in helping you achieve that
goal, but they may need more than 5 days to work out a plan. You have
imposed a 5-day deadline for receiving the $200. That is a difficult
deadline to meet when you are flat broke. Please sign up for the List. I
will also be praying for you in church this Sunday. Everybody in my
church (Beth El Mennonite) is praying for you and your greatest success
in clarinet playing. They have all heard me perform you your clarinet

I amwritting to you using this adress because is more
secure.
I have a lot of things to tell you .In yhe first place
i want to tell you that I have listened your C.D.You
have a very special sound,a very beutiful one .My
clarinet teacher and all my classmates were
delayted.Soft or powerfull(depends on what you are
playing) your sound is something very special.If you
have another materials with you please try to send .
Yesterday I have send to you a CD and a audio
cassete .On the audio cassete is me ,playing Mozart,
Poulenc Sonata,and a piece called Omage a de Falla by
Kovacs.
On the CD is the taragot player i told you about.I
hope you are going to like it.
Dear Annie,I want to yell you something and please do
not upset on me.You have done things for me that only
good friend does ,and you are my american friend.My
parents are praying for you in every sunday at the
church.To whom can I tell my problems if not to a
friend?
Dear Annie,I will start with the beginning.
One month ago, me and my friend Calmas, (the one with
the CD), have found an announcement made by a student
corporation who was sellecting students for working in
America.Working on the time of summer(july 1/september
22) in a entertaimennt park,and other jobs.
For me and my friend Calmas that announcement seemed
like a great opportunity to see America, to earn money
and especially for me to see you and to be able to
thank you personally for making my dream true(I have a
wonderfull clarinet thanks to you).
So we went to these student corporation and we have
gave an interview(a kind of exam,test).After two days
we saw the results and the both of us (me and
Calmas)were accepted.There were only 50 students
acceptes from almost 600 students.
The director of these student corporation told us
that we will work in America for the summer time(1 of
july/22 of september).He also told us that we will be
paid with 300 dollars for week(for all the time 3000
dollars,you realise dear Annie that for me is a huge
huge oportunnity).
But he tols also, and this is the big But,that we have
to pay to tha corporation until the 5 of june,500
dollars.(money for accomodation , food ,transport).
So, me and Calmas have begun a <running competition>
after sponsors.
Believe me dear Annie finding sponsor in Romania is a
Nightmare.I think i have knocked at over 500 doors.
Calmas was lucky.He have found sponsor for the all
amount,500 dollars.So he is going in America.
I was not so lucky.I found some sponsors who gave me
150 dollars.My father gave me all his salary,110
dollars.I have worked the nights in a gas station,so I
have another 40 dollars.Totally I have now, 31 may,
300 dollars.
Annie, please do not upset on me if I have the courage
to ask you if you can help me.
The limit(I mean the last day) for paying at the
corporation is 5 of june.
I have 300 dolllars.All I need is 200 dollars.I think
even in America 200 dollars are a lot of money.
No one is helping me even if I can give them back the
money from the first week in America.
Dear Annie,please help me if you can.I will pay all
the money back(200+120 clarinet taxes) in the first
week in America.
Please forgive me if I have upset you with my letter,
but you are my last chance.
I f you can help me please use Western Union,until the
5 of june,and do it on my name(Vasiliu George Ciprian)
If you can not help me ,please still be my friend.I am
waiting for your answer,on the internet.
