Re the attached, it is important to stress that you should be wary of any
file which arrives with you as an email attachment. Seemingly there is a
virus-infected version of this file which can be forwarded by email!
It ought to go without saying that everyone should have up-to-date virus
protection, and that no-one should open any unexpected email attachments -
even from people you know!

Yes, it is a VIRUS HOAX.
Sulfnbk.exe is a file that all Windows O/S machines have. It is supplied by
Microsoft. Its always possible that *any" file on any machine could be
infected; but the GIST of the email Hoax is to frighten you into deleting
the file.
