Subj: [kl] South American pieces for Solo Clarinet

My son's going to be giving a couple of concerts in Japan this summer and
was wondering if there were some good South American styled pieces for
unaccompanied clarinet - pieces that can get scheduled just before an
intermission so people are excited and talking when they go get a refill on
the wine. He found the D'Rivera Vals Venezolano & Contradanza and the
Improvizacion - but he's doesn't know what they sound like. Any other
suggestions?
