Marty, I am sorry I sounded insulting. I'm probably just jealous because
I am so un-co-ordinated and have never been part of the "in" crowd. I
have never been able to hit a volley ball over the net and always the
last one to get chosen for PE class sports. Our band director at King
High School in Tampa, Florida did the best that he could, but even
though we were able to squeak through with "Superior" ratings, the band
sucked and I was delighted that I made 2nd clarinet in the Tampa
Philharmonic as a high school junior. I did not enjoy being forced to go
out to the bleachers for pep assemblies and applaud for the cheer
leaders and football team. 30 years later, I did enjoy watching John
Elway (of the Denver Bronco's) help win 2 Superbowls on TV. (I'm from
Colorado). Not everybody can be an athlete and a clarinetist. You and
Roger & your kids are not necessarily the rule. I love water aerobics
and fitness classes that I take at the Y, particular the nice, slow
stretches that we do to "Chet Baker's Greatest Hits". ANNIE
