This is not the general music classes fault Bill - this is the fault of the
people who teach and educate. They should be able to define and
demonstrate accountability for what they teach.

I wish I could agree, but it was not well said. It didn't present an
accurate picture - it only makes those who are actually doing a good job
look bad.
