Okay, Dan, I'll ask him for you. But I hope he doesn't get upset if I end up
asking him "how much for your nose?" 8^{

I've never had the misfortune to be the sucker that had to play that
particular passage, but I'm still traumatized over those chromatic runs
across the break in the last movement of his 1st Symphony. Oh well, the guy
was only like *20* when he wrote it. I guess his concept of "challenging"
the players never changed with time and experience.
