Sure. If you look, you'll see the "Match" pulldown. It defaults to all (it
must match all words), but can be changed to "any" (any of these words - a
wider search) or "boolean", which allows groupings of words with "and" and
"or" like

(charette or satterfield) and search

will bring back what you expect.
