I tried one once [B45]. It's sitting unused on my shelf now along
with my 'regular' B45. At the time, I wondered whether the difference
in angle would affect my tone, but the difference (if any, I couldn't
notice any at the time) was overpowered by all the other aspects of
embouchure and lips and teeth.
