Try Sweetwater (www.sweetwater.com). They have almost everything in
professional audio. I looked through their catalog and found a Digital Audio
Interface card from Midiman that lists for $149.95. They sell it cheaper
(I'm not sure of the exact price). It offers S/PDIF I/O, Optical I/O, and an
analog I/O. The catalog says "It's perfect for interfacing to S/PDIF-capable
equipment such as DAT machines, MiniDisc recorders, dedicated audio
converters and others." This sounds like what you need.
