If I am not mistaken, it was either last year or the year before in which
the number of people attending Clarinet Fest was actually smaller than past
years.

Sweden will be fun - and I will hope to go to that one also - as I have
professional musician friends who live in Stockholm - and I would love to
see them again.

Personally, I would like to see ClarinetFest change format a bit. I think
allowing the young talent as they did last year was a wonderful idea. Now
let's see them include more of the "non-big names" to perform. From a
personal perspective, I must disagree with you Nancy about it growing at an
acceptable pace and is attempting to add bigger and better things in an
orderly fashion. But - it is encouraging that change is occurring - even
if at a slow pace.

Best wishes,
Roger Garrett
