Dear Neil,

I certainly meant no insult to those who are amateurs. I probably fit that
category, to be honest, as I am not playing very much at all anymore.
But, I feel that those of us who do not play very much have to keep in mind
that there are a number of professionals on the list who DO play for a
living, play extensively and have a much different viewpoint.
