Thanks Dan, I personally appreciate that. One joins a special
club under those circumstances, and membership is both mandatory
and involuntary.

Regarding David, I've heard friends rave like mad at the energy
and enthusiasm that he brings to chamber coachings, a genuine
inspiration. Perhaps he got some of that from his mother as
well.
