A Mitchell Lurie #4 is equivalent to a Vandoren #3.5
The Mitchell Lurie #4.5 is only slightly harder than their #4. If Vandorens
came in quarter strengths (which they don't), the Mitchell Lurie #4.5 would
be between a Vandoren 3.5 and 3.75.
Mitchell Luries only go up to 5.5 but that's not as hard as it sounds.
