you're doing Okay without needing any advice from us! <smile>

FWIW, aside from lots of practice (including long tones and scales)
to rebuild your strength and coordination, and private lessons which
cost money but IMO _do_ yield more rewards than most other expenditures
if you find a good teacher, you can try out different mouthpieces for
free --- just to see if your preference or facial anatomy has changed
since you last played.
