I have started cleaning on old selmar Bb (circa 1928).
Interestingly, it has rubber pads. I think the ones Ferrees
sells (bluish grey) are not supposed to deform. The ones on
the Selmer are white and many show serious indentation. I
am curious if anyone knows who made that type of pad and
when they were introduced.
