I've decided to spend the upcoming summer working on my bass clarinet
playing, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good method
book for a low C instrument. I've been playing bass in a community
orchestra for about three years (and clarinet for 10 years), so I'm not
a beginner. But I've never done any kind of structured study of the
bass clarinet. Besides using a bass clarinet book, should I go back and
do some of the exercises I learned on clarinet, like Rose, Baermann,
Kroepsch, etc.?
Thanks!
