Just for reference, Tom Ridenour's book gives fingerings for notes up to the
2nd E above the staff. Roger Heaton, in "The Cambridge Companion to the
Clarinet, give fingerings up to "double high G", i. e., the G an octave
above the G on the forth ledger line.
