Agreed. Sometimes I think we make way too much of what notes we can play
and not nearly enough of what we are able to do with these notes.

I have found the Ridenour guide the best as far as ease of reading and
number of fingerings that are usable. I also find that certain fingerings
change for me from time to time. I am sure this is quite normal, and do not
find it disturbing, as it has happened from time to time over the years,
usually if I change reed brands or change my set up a little bit.
