It depends what you mean by "chart." One-page charts don't
provide the information that a serious player will need eventually.
A one-page chart shows only one or two alternate fingerings for
some of the notes, but not the full assortment of alternate fingerings.
For example, the Rubanks chart shows only one fingering for low E and
low F, only one fingering for B below the staff, and so forth.
Also, charts don't show the half tone and full tone trills, many of
which cannot be fingered with the 'standard' fingerings for the two
notes involved. Also charts don't explain which fingerings tend to be
sharp or flat, or which fingerings work well only when played piano, and
so forth.

It takes a book, at least pocket-sized, to show all these things.
