This is the method shown in the trill chart in the Rubank Advanced Method
books if you have a standard Boehm clarinet. The G# will tend to be a bit
flat and stuffy sounding though. Really good air support helps offset this
a bit. If the trill is not particularly exposed, it is adequate to get the
desired effect.
