Believe it or not, some of our subscribers do not have easy Web access.

Considering that there's an "Additional commands" and "Other problems" line,
I don't think pointing people to yet a different place would help any more
than the footer. Some people just don't scroll to the end of the screen, I
guess.

No, it's not. I don't "own" it in any sense of the word. I just care for and
feed the machinery.
