Subj: [kl] Grow-With-Me Bass clarinet stand?

Anyone have experience with the Grow-With-Me bass clarient stand?

Description in WW&BW catalog says it's light, folds, and "concert
black" [whatever that is!] . But there's no picture.

Would love to know if this is a suitable alternative to the K&M bass
clarinet/ bassoon stand, which is good and solid but awkward and
heavy.
