Is it possible that you 'learned' to play this note with a slight
variation of embouchure, tongue position, etc. that doesn't work
properly on your new instument? Instruments aren't identical.

You may need to consider the same question about your old
mouthpiece on a new instrument, although you appear to notice a
difference on only one particular fingering.
