Yes it is possible...
I use the technique (rarely by the way) of:
go with tip off you tongue from under the tip of the reed above the tip end
vica versa (form above!!! downwords..) The ´letters´ corresponding with the
movements of the tongue are: TaaLaaTaaLaaTaaLaa---
be careful, in the beginning you could lose some tips of your reeds....
Did I explain it? Its always difficult to tell this (especially in a foreign
language)...
