The Sussmayr edition calls for Basset Horns; there are no parts for clarinets.

Christoph Wolff's book, "Mozart's Requiem", is invaluable, especially since
there is a score at the end that illustrates precisely what Mozart wrote, and
gives Sussmayr's score for the movements not by Mozart (which includes the
Agnus Dei). I recommend this book for the insights it can supply.
