Hi Kelly,

I had the same thing happen to me when I purchased my R-13 a few years ago.
When it gets humid the joints naturally expand slightly - so I would get
this taken care of before it gets humid (if your in a humid area like me of
course). If you bring it to an experienced technician - or even back to the
place you bought it - they can sand down the lower joint 'cup' or the upper
joint. Its fairly safe to do - but you can't do it on your own.
