There was another similar discussion (about embouchre fatigue) recently on
the list, and I frankly don't remember who started it. So, there might be
some useful things in the klarinet archives.

Thanks for reminding me - I didn't update the list after that thread. I had
been having an air leak out of the right side of my mouth, and wondered
whether it could have been aggravated by my dentist fitting two crowns to
the upper right of my mouth.

Now that I've the benefit of hindsight, it appears that it must have been
something to do with the dental treatment. It went away within the week, and
has been fine since.

Of course, still check the archives (look for "embouchure fatigue") as many
of the replies I got could also help you out.
