Yeah, it happened to me earlier this year. I notified my Web Page guru
(where I also have an e-mail account) and told him that I thought someone
from Germany had hacked into our server because I was experiencing exactly
that which is described by Stewart. He told me not to worry, that mail
passes through our server all the time. Within two days many files were
wiped out and he had to reinstall everything. I immediately changed all of
my passwords. I still don't know that I was right on the matter, but in
this information age, vigilance must be observed.
