I guess I just need to be patient and keep at it. I am able to play several
times during the day. I'll just try to play until the embouchure is
fatigued, then pick it up again later. I don't expect to have more than
60-90 minutes a day at best to practice. My experience in the past was that
this was sufficient to keep my chops in condition. However, I suppose that
with aging the muscles require more conditioning.
