Two other bass players that come to mind are:

Michael Lowenstern, who has 2 CD's out. the first, "Spasm" is really
incredible - not exactly "standard" repertoire or sound, but it will give
you a great idea of what you can do on bass clarinet.

Don Byron plays bass clarinet on several of his albums, and very well,
too. His latest CD, "A Fine Line", has several tracks of bass clarinet.
