If there's time before and after the tremelo try pulling out your bell joint
until you get a Bb instead of a B nat. Alternatively, you can stick a second bell
onto the first one with blutac (idea from Tony Pay). A third idea would be to
stuff a paper (or card) cone into the bell. Size A4 sheet will take you down
about a half tone. Then you can finger it like B - D.
