"How to transpose" is a recurring question on this list. Perhaps
I don't know where to look, but my search of Sneezy did not turn up an
article that explains the basic principle --- with emphasis on "how to."

It seems to me that answering a specific case such as "Bb to Eb"
doesn't contribute to an understanding of how transposition works or
what's really going on. Part of the goal should be to prepare the
questioner to handle other cases that will arise eventually, such as
piano, or Bb to A, or such.

Is there such an article on Sneezy already? If not, is it
appropriate for one of us to write one?

Cheers,
Bill
