I don't play Eb clarinet, but I do find that I frequently have to transpose
back and forth between the Eb Alto Sax and the Bb Tenor sax.

Eb is a fourth below Bb. Take everything down a fourth. There's a trick,
which is to pretend to yourself that you are in a different register. C
becomes F. F becomes G, etc. Since the clarinet overblows 12ths, you can
just think of the fingering for the other register.

The other way to do it is, think of the cycle of fourths. Whatever note is
written, move over to the left one note. I frequently practice my scales
going around the cycle of fourths, this really gets it ingrained and is
useful for transposition and improvising.
