Oldrich Pergl's "Concert Etude for Solo Clarinet" will be available for download from Sneezy.Org shortly due to the efforts of Charlie Maurer and by the gracious permission of the executor of Oldrich Pergl's estate, Oldrich Pergl jr.

I am expecting the written permission in the next few days, and will notify everyone when it's available.
