You had asked for a reference on the web, but I didn't have one of those. I
got this from one of those old-fashioned books. In this case, it was "The
Acoustical Foundations of Music" by John Backus. I think you will find
similar charts in nearly every acoustics textbook.
Backus lists the frequency for every pitch (in the equally-tempered scale)
in hundredths of a cycle. From 440 Hz it is possible to calculate the
frequency of every other pitch using the function "twelfth root of 2," but
it has been too long since I have tried to do that. It's easier for me to
look them up.
